The breakfast included many options and tasted quite good. The location was close to main attractions. Staff members were generally friendly and helpful. I had no problems.
The gym was not very clean. Some machines had dust buildup. My room was not cleaned one day, even though I put the door hanger out. The decor felt a bit dated throughout the hotel. It needs an update.

The buffet breakfast offered a good selection. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. The room had all the expected facilities. I found the staff friendly at check in.
The pool was quite busy, so relaxing proved difficult. The available lockers were insufficient for the number of users. Towels overflowed from bins creating a messy situation.

The room was spacious, and the huge bed and the armchair were very comfy. I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the pier. There is a parking under the hotel with a discount. Staff was kind and very helpful.
I requested a toothbrush and it took a long time to deliver, not very fast.
